If the KEY warning (red) light comes on or if the push button start (amber) light flashes it could indicate that the engine isn't able to be started using the normal method of starting. Security System
The security system that is installed on the Mazda 6 is designed to prevent thieves from opening the car by permitting it to start using keys that the system recognizes. The system can be disabled in several different ways however the most basic method is to locate and then remove the fuse to the system. The fuse is located in the engine compartment, generally close to the ignition coil.
The base Sport does not come with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. However, the 8.0-inch infotainment screen includes Bluetooth streaming as well as smartphone connectivity. The Mazda6 is equipped with the TomTom Navigation System that functions well, regardless of trim. It has a variety of features such as live traffic updates as well as automatic routing based upon the present delays and future destinations and a database with locations of interest.
